Hello everyone, regarding the translation tool using AI, we have shared browser plugins like Immersive Translation, Bob on Mac, and Lunatranslator on Windows. Although they are all good, they only support a single platform.
Today, I finally found a new translation tool called Pot, which supports Windows, Mac, and Linux. Personally, I feel like it's a combination of the previous software.
The translation engine not only supports ChatGPT but also its code interpretation, polishing, and summarization functions.
For friends learning English, it can also be linked to Anki and Oxford Dictionary to help you record new words.
If you need to use word translation, you can click on the plugin in the hotkey settings to call up the document. Just like Bob, you can achieve this function on both Windows and Mac through text extensions. It's very simple.
Finally, there is the interface settings. Except for Google and DeepL, you need to configure the remaining translation engines yourself. For example, if you want to use ChatGPT, you need to have an account and then paste the account's API here.
In this regard, it is recommended to watch the user guide provided by the author. There are tutorials for all aspects that you may not understand. It's very thoughtful.
